Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make it for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Should there be a No Show, or any cancellation or rescheduling within 12 hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your appointment.

​

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur, causing plans to change. We will waive the cancellation fee of 100% if you are able to provide either of the following via WhatsApp:

​

1. A valid medical certificate issued only by a doctor registered under the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).

2. A valid death certificate in the unfortunate event that the client to be seen has passed on.

3. Legitimate proof of any urgent matters that could not have allowed for a rescheduling or cancellation 12 hours before the original appointment.

We sincerely empathise with situations that may arise, and will usually give a warning if it happened for the first time. However, please understand that the slots may have been allocated for another person in need if you have notified earlier.
